The memo assignment was a different type of writing compared to the other essays I do in other courses. This memo allowed me to explain the flaws in the shuttle bus service in CCNY’s campus. I was also able to support those issues and offer improvements. Ichose to write about the shuttle bus service because I personally have taken the bus and it isn’t a pleasant experience. I can expect that this isn’t only me and I wanted to express the issues and wanted to bring up ideas of improvement. What I can expectto the audience to react to this memo is that the audience can relate. Also, this should open their eyes to the dangers in the bus service and bring awareness. For this assignment, The message I wanted to express is how the bus service isn’t perfect, and there’s room for improvement. Some things I can alter or improve is the template I used. I feel that if it looked more appealing, it would make the memo more professional. Also, I think i could have thought of more solutions for the issue, I don’t think I enough; also I could have elaborated the solutions on how this change can help.

Lab Report Reflection:
After completing the lab report, I can conclude that this was a different piece of writing that I have done. The lab reports are done to show the research that has been conducted and how the information is analyzed and explained. Lab reports are also used to open up new ideas that the reader can think of. Some of the questions I hoped that were asked is, “AmI being effected?”, also, “ Am I learning asefficiently?”. This is expected to be asked because the event we are going through is a quarantine, we are forced to be locked in our homes, so schools are closed. These questions are narrowed down the way it is because I made sure the order of the paper would result in these questions to be asked. Also, there are many new students that are being forced to take online classes and transitionto a new learning method. For this lab report, the experiment I performed was done through a survey in google forums, trying to get answers from students. Also, many online resources were used to analyze the data in the survey. After, conducting the experiment, I found the results interesting because there were many answers found that was notreally expected. For this report, research as necessaryto prove that the information found is legitimate, also research allowed me to elaborate and analyze the information. For example, in the lab report I explained how remote learning leads to more distractions during the lectures. I used evidence from a New York Times article to prove what I have said is legitimate.In this lab report, something I would do differently is how the experiment was conducted. Last Name2to find better sources for my report. I hope to find sources from data bases and more reliable sources. However, I wouldn’t change my topic because the topic is very relatable and appropriate for the time we are going through.
